Yes! Buy your training course online direct from Fashion3DX. This will enrol you immediately, and you'll have full access to start training and watching the online tutorial videos right away.

Our courses should work on any relatively modern computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Generally, if you can browse the internet okay, and watch YouTube, then you should have no problem accessing our online training courses. Try watching one of the Free Preview videos in the Course Curriculum first - if this plays fine on your device then you are good to go!

Our training courses are 100% digital and online, and cannot be downloaded or saved, or delivered via any other media. You will therefore need a stable internet connection to watch each lesson.  This method of delivery ensures the content can continually be refresh and updated so that students are always learning from the most up-to-date information.

Not at the moment. Our courses are all delivered in English. However we deliver all courses using plain English (no slang), we speak slowly, clearly, and offer subtitles / text to assist with accessibility.

We use the world standard payment processor - Stripe.  This is considered to be one of the most secure, advanced payment processing platforms in the world used by most online businesses globally. We do not store any card or payment details on our webservers - all transactions are processed directly with Stripe.

You have unlimited access to the training course after you've purchased it. No time limits, or usage limits. Watch it as many times as you need to.  Just make sure you abide by the Terms & Conditions of the Fashion3DX website.

Refunds are only permitted if you have not started the training course or downloaded any of the content / materials (which we can monitor from our central dashboard).  Once you have started to view the course content then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. Please view the T&Cs for more information.

We're both. We design 99% of what you see on Fashion3DX.com and our social media channels - and we create everything ourselves in 3D too. 

Some of our project files are available for sale on our website (see 3D Shop). If you've seen a garment you are interested in buying the sewing pattern and/or 3D project file, or 3D mesh, then please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
